柔性热控材料性能的实验方法研究

Study on Experimental Methods about Performance of Flexible Thermal Control Materials

  • 摘要: 简略回顾了导电膜和热控材料的制备工艺研究、批量生产技术与设备建立的情况。着重讨论了导电型Kapton基热控材料的性能及其在空间环境中性能稳定性实验方法、实验结果,并与进口同类材料的稳定性作了比较。通过一系列性能稳定性评估研究,充分说明国产热控材料不仅在总体性能上可以与进口同类材料相媲美,而且在紫外辐照、电子辐照、湿热、原子氧等环境中稳定性优于同类进口材料。对这一结果所进行的AFM分析表明制备方法与工艺对热控材料的性能是至关重要的。

     

    Abstract: The performance, test methods and results of stability of the thermal control materials with Kapton substrate under the various environments have been mainly discussed.The comparison of performance and stability between the imported and the self-made thermal control materials was completed。The results of evaluation indicate that the optical, thermal and electrical performances of the self-made products are identical with the same kind of the imported materials. But its performances such as the anti-UV irradiation,electron beam irradiation, protection from the atomic oxygen action and against-wet and thermal are better than thoes of the imported products.The AFM analysis shows that the method and technology of preparing TO and high reflectance Al films are very important to the performances of the thermol control materials
