支撑杆对螺旋型行波管慢波结构的温度分布影响

摘要: 应用ANSYS有限元软件对Ku波段螺旋线行波管慢波结构部分进行了热分析研究,通过考虑3种不同的支撑杆材料和形状,以及是否考虑接触热阻情况下的模拟结果的比较,提出了慢波结构部分具有良好热传导能力,以确保在更低的温度下稳定工作的简单优化方案。Abstract: This paper relates to temperature distributing of helical traveling wave tube slow-wave structure with different support rod material and shape by ANSYS.The optimum scheme that the slow-wave structure has fine capability to conduct caloric and is lasted lower temperature to work stably is putted forward,through the compare of different simulation result,the author thinks over hereinafter instances:different support rod material、shape and if having contact thermal resistance among the contact surface.
