制冷机与红外探测器耦合技术中的热分析

THE THERMAL ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM FOR LINKING BETWEEN MECHANICAL CRYOCOOLER AND INFRARED DETECTOR

  • 摘要: 在空间红外遥感中,红外探测器通过制冷机获取冷量。由于空间应用对制冷机的输入功率有严格的限制,降低导热、辐射冷损、提高传输效率就成为该耦合系统的一个关键问题。应用有限元工程分析软件做了详细的热力学分析,同时通过对耦合系统各构件的有限元热分析,进一步对其结构进行优化。

     

    Abstract: In the spaceborne infrared remote sensing system,the infrared detector is linked with the cryocooler,so that it can be cooled down to and kept at its working temperature. lt is important for the system to reduce the heat leakage and improve the efficiency of heat transfer.In this paper,used a specific software of finite element analysis to solve those thermal problems.From the results,can optimally design the system.
