ST型脉管制冷机的数值模拟

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF STIRLING TYPE PULSE TUBE REFRIGERATOR

  • 摘要: 利用有限差分的数值模拟方法,建立了斯特林型脉管制冷机的数理模型,并编制了数值模拟程序。模拟结果表明:该程序可以较好地描述脉管制冷机内部气流动态参数的瞬态变化情况,并揭示小孔阀、双向进气阀对制冷机性能的改善作用,为制冷机设计和改进提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the finite volume method that is the most widely used numerical framework,a physical model and numerical program of a Stirling type pulse tube refrigerator was developed.It is found from numerical results that using this program,the instantaneous gas temperature mass flow rate and pressure were given and the effect of the orifice and double inlet valves on the performance of the Stirling type pulse tube refrigerator were also discussed.Therefore,the program can be used for optimum design of Stirling type pulse tube refrigerator.
