RESEARCH ON REVERSE-BOOTSTRAP AIR CYCLE REFRIGERATION SYSTEM DRIVEN BY HIGH-SPEED MOTOR

  • 摘要: 介绍了高速电机驱动技术在空气循环制冷系统中的2种主要应用形式———悬臂式和紧凑式方案,讨论了高速电机驱动的新型逆升压式空气循环制冷系统的工作原理,并对小功率高速电机驱动的逆升压式空气循环制冷系统进行了性能计算和试验研究。结果表明,该方案可提供2.5kW等级的制冷量,是一种新型制冷系统。
    Abstract: Two applications of high-speed motor driving technique used in air cycle refrigeration system, which called cantilever and compact components was introduced. Working theories of the reverse-bootstrap systems that use those two components were discussed. Performance parameters of reverse-bootstrap air cycle refrigeration system driven by low power high-speed motor were calculated. Experimental investigations were made. The results show that the system can provide a refrigerating output up to 2.5 kW. It′s a promising refrigeration system.
