甲烷气在V型纵槽管上凝结换热强化

ENHANCED FILM CONDENSATION HEAT TRANSFER OF METHANE VAPOR

  • 摘要: 主要研究甲烷气膜状凝结过程及强化。建立了甲烷气膜状凝结试验台,进行了甲烷在光管和V型纵槽管上膜状凝结换热试验。结果表明光管的数据与Nuselt解基本一致,而V型纵槽管上膜状凝结换热系数较光管提高了3~8倍。

     

    Abstract: Film condensation heat transfer of methane vapor along V type fin surface is investigated. A set of experimental apparatus is built to observe performance of laminar film condensation of methane vapor. Experiment is carried out by using two kinds of heat transfer surface, one is a tube of smooth surface and the other of V type fin surface. The heat transfer data of smooth tube agrees with Nusselt’s solution quit well and the condensation heat transfer coefficient of V type fin surface is 3~8 times as large as that of the smooth surface.
