MEMS扭转微镜动态特性的有限元仿真分析

FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION ANALYSIS FOR THE TORSION MICROMIRROR’S DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS

  • 摘要: 使用有限元方法分析了MEMS扭转微镜在真空无阻尼状态下的各项动力学特征,包括模态分析、谐响应分析、瞬态响应分析等,获得了微镜器件的模态固有频率、振型以及谐响应频率,重点研究了扭转微镜的不同部位振动状态之间的差别。

     

    Abstract: Undamped dynamics simulation analysis is carried out for the torsion micromirror in vacuum environment. The main contents of analysis include: modal analysis, harmonic response analysis, transient response analysis. The modal frequency, vibration mode and amplitude frequency characteristics of micromirror device were obtained. The difference of vibration modes in different parts of micromirror was mainly studied.
