小型化钡钨空心阴极的结构设计与性能试验研究

Structural Design and Performance Experimental Study of Miniaturized Barium-tungsten Hollow Cathod

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种用于电推进系统的长寿命高可靠性的小型化钡钨空心阴极,给出了该钡钨空心阴极的结构,进行了仿真计算与测试。结果表明该钡钨空心阴极点火启动功率≤30 W,阴极发射电流范围0.5~2.0 A、所需氙气流量≤1.2 mL/min,并且可满足20000次启动次数要求,同时具有高可靠性力学结构。

     

    Abstract: A kind of miniaturized barium-tungsten hollow cathode with long-life and high-reliability for electric propulsion system is introduced, and the structure design, simulation calculation and test results of the barium-tungsten hollow cathode are given in detail. The results show that the ignition starting power of the barium-tungsten hollow cathode is equal or lesser than 30 W, the cathode emission current is from 0.5 A to 2.0 A, and the required xenon flow rate is equal or lesser than 1.2 mL/min. It can meet the requirement of 20000 times of starting, and also has a high reliability mechanical structure.
