放电室等离子体诊断朗缪尔探针设计分析

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF LANGMUIR PROBE FOR DIAGNOSE OF ION THRUSTER DISCHARGE PLASMA

  • 摘要: 放电室是离子推力器的核心部件,国外开展离子推力器放电室等离子体诊断的实验研究工作较早也较成熟,目前国内开展离子推力器放电室的等离子体参数诊断相关实验研究较少。应用朗缪尔探针可诊断离子推力器放电室等离子体的参数,介绍了朗缪尔探针的基本原理及数据处理并设计了一种用于离子推力器放电室等离子诊断的朗缪尔探针,说明了朗缪尔探针诊断误差的影响因素并提出了相应的处理方法。

     

    Abstract: The discharge chamber is the core component of the ion thruster.At present,less relevant work of diagnosing of the plasma inside the discharge chamber has been carried out in China.In this paper,the diagnostic principle and data processing method of the Langmuir probe are introduced.The structure,size,and materials of Langmuir probe are introduced in details.The factors which effect diagnosing accuracy are demonstrated and proposed corresponding solution method.
