光入射角及尘埃对太阳能电池月尘探测器的影响研究

Study of the Effect of Light Incidence Angle and Dust Particles on the Lunar Dust Detector of Solar Cells

  • 摘要: 以太阳能电池月尘探测器的短路电流为参考,通过模拟月球尘埃实验,研究太阳能电池短路电流对光入射角、尘埃沉积质量和粒度分布的响应。结果表明,一旦光入射角大于60°,尤其是在尘埃沉积的情况下,尘埃探测器的短路电流不能较好地用余弦函数来近似。探测器的短路电流和月球尘埃沉积质量遵循一个指数关系。在相同的沉积质量下,月球尘埃的颗粒粒径越小,对太阳能电池的遮挡作用就越强,其原因是小尺寸的月球尘埃颗粒之间的空隙较小,导致更多的光强损失。此外,质量消光系数与光入射角相关。因此,在实际测试过程中,应根据入射角度来选择质量消光系数,以确保探测器给出的结果准确性。

     

    Abstract: The short-circuit current of the solar cell lunar dust detector is used as a reference to study its response to light incidence angle, dust deposition mass and particle size distribution through simulation experiments using simulated lunar dust. The results showed that the short-circuit current of the dust detector cannot be well approximated by the cosine function once the light incidence angle is greater than 60°, especially in the case of dust deposition. The short-circuit current of the detector and the lunar dust deposition mass follow an exponential relationship. Under the same deposition mass, the smaller the particle size of lunar dust, the stronger the shielding effect on solar cells. This is due to the smaller gaps between the small-sized lunar dust particles, resulting in more loss of light intensity. In addition, the mass extinction coefficient is highly dependent upon the light incidence angle. Therefore, in the actual testing process, the mass extinction coefficient should be selected based on the incidence angle to ensure the accuracy of the results given by the detector.
