Abstract: This paper introduces the development process of the vacuum gauge from electronic tube, transistor to tegrated circuit in our country, and of it's circuit technology from analog circuits, digital circuits to microcomputerized circuits today. The analysis and research on the structures and characters of the control circuits of the digital vacuum gauge in our country ane made.
