介质材料的带电机理与表面结构的关系

RELATION BETWEEN DIELECTUIC MATERIALS CHARGING MECHANISM AND ITS SURFACE STRUCTURE

  • 摘要: 从介质材料的微观结构一能带结构出发,应用能带及陷阱理论分析了介质材料内部电荷迁移及电荷捕获的机理。分析了其表面结构对介质材料带电性能的影响,提出材料表面的改性是改善其带电特性的有效途径之一。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the dielectric materials microst ructure, we analyzed the mechanism of chargs moving and traping in dielectric materials by means of the energy band and the trap theory. The effects of the dielectric’s surface structure on its charging property also were analyzed.It was inducted that the modification of materials surface is one of the effective methods to improve its charg-ing property.
