THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HEAT AND MASS TRANSFER DURING VACUUM FREEZE DRYING

摘要: 真空冷冻干燥过程实质上是一个非常复杂的传热传质过程。国内外研究冻干过程传热传质理论的文章较多。归纳了目前国内外冻干过程传热传质理论研究的现状,对研究现状进行了分析,并对理论研究的趋势进行了探讨。

Abstract: Actually,the freeze-drying process is a complex heat and mass transfer process.There are many papers about heat and mass transfer in vacuum freeze dying both home and abroad.This paper sum up the present status of research on heat and mass transfer during vacuum freeze drying,and analyse the present status,and discuss the trend of research in this field.
