空间环境模拟设备用G-M制冷机的研制

DEVELOPMENT AND MEASURMENT OF TWO STAGES CRYOGENIC COOLER OF THE IMPROVING TYPE SOLVAY CYCLE

  • 摘要: 介绍了一台以磁性蓄冷材料Er3Ni为第二级蓄冷器填料的大制冷功率两级G-M制冷机。该制冷机可作为空间环境模拟设备冷背景冷源,满足了辐射制冷器空间环境热模拟试验的要求。通过优化制冷机结构参数,使制冷机在转速为40r/min时,二级最低制冷温度达5.5K、20K时取得15.4W的有效制冷量。证明了应用磁性蓄冷材料改善G-M制冷机性能的有效性。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the development of a big refrigeration capacity two stage G—M refrigerator which uses magnetic material Er3 Ni as 2nd regenerator matrix.T his refrigerator can supply the cooling capacity for the cooling background of the space environmental simulating equipment.It requirements of the space environmental thermal simulating tests of the radiant cooler.By optimizing the machine structure and the operating parameters,the no-load temperature of the second stage is 5.5K when the cycle frequency is 40r/min.T he net cooling capacity of 15.4W has been achieved at 20K.It proves that the improvement of the refrigeration performance with magnetic regenerator materials is efficient.
