摘要: 根据等效折射率理论设计了由Pb Te和Zn S多层膜组成的10.4 μm~12.5 μm带通滤光片;研究了该滤光片的光谱特性;提出了一种压缩通带内波纹幅度的简易方法。结果表明:利用此方法在等效折射率设计的基础上,能有效抑制带通内波纹幅度的大小,可获得良好的光谱性能。Abstract: ne kind of 10.4 μm~12.5 μm pass-band optical fliter,which consists of PbTe and ZnS films,has been designed according to the principle of Herpin refractive index.A simple method of compressing transmssivity ripple has been presented. On the basis of the principle and the method,small transmssivity ripple in pass-band with good optical characteristics has been obtained.
