Abstract: YZL-1 type vacuum intenmediate frequency heat press furnace,which can continuously sinter, is a newly developed vacuum heat press sintering equipment mainly used for powder metallurgy and special ceramics.With new desigh,advanced principle,reasonable construction,high level of measuring control precision and automation,it solves the key technical problems from intermittent sintering to continuous sintering and obviously improves productive efficiency of vacuum heat press products in the field of vacuum heat press equipment.The article describes the sintering process,existing problems and solved methods.
