大面积柔性基底上薄膜的镀制、性能研究与应用

STUDY ON PREPARATION, EXPERIMENT AND APPLICATION OF COAT-INGS DEPOSITED ON FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATES

  • 摘要: 描述了TO透明导电薄膜在柔性基底上沉积工艺的优化及薄膜的性能研究。着重论述了Kapton基底TO导电薄膜和Al等金属反射膜的研制,耐空间稳定性能的评估方法和试验结果,以及各种柔性基底透明导电薄膜的应用前景。通过该金属氧化物薄膜表面形貌分析及空间环境稳定性试验,证明所镀制的TO膜具有很好的空间环境稳定性能。

     

    Abstract: The work described in this paper represents some of the process development toward theoptimization and characterization of the Transparent Conductive Coating TO on the flexible substrate Kapton. The profile and structure of the thin metal oxide coatings have been tested and evaluated. The environmental stability tests of thermal control materials are represented, the evaluating methods and test resultsare amphasized. The measurements show that the TO filmsare stable enough under the simulated space environment. The applications of the flexible substrate coatings are also emphasized.
