微波加热冷冻干燥过程中热电耦合的研究

摘要: 建立了微波冷冻干燥过程的热电耦合模型,并将模拟结果与文献中数据进行了比较。模拟结果与文献数据的良好吻合证实了这一模型的可行性。在此模型基础上讨论了物料内部场强的不均匀分布及其对干燥过程的影响,并分析了加热功率和热导率对干燥过程的影响。Abstract: A coupled thermo-electromagnetic model is established. The simulations are compared with the data from literatures and the good agreement between them validates the model. The field strength distribution inner the material is non-uniform and changes during drying process. The effects of heating power and thermal conductivity on drying process are discussed.
