用稳态卡计法对热控材料半球发射率的测试研究

TOTAL HEMISPHERICAL EMITTANCE OF THERMAL CONTROL MATERIALS MEASURING BY STEADY-STATE CALORIMETRIC METHOD

摘要: 利用稳态卡计法设计了一种测试材料半球发射率的试验装置,并对其进行了不确定度分析。使用该装置对二次表面镜(OSR)的室温半球发射率进行了测试,测试结果不确定度小于2.00%。同时,使用该装置测试了OSR与一种新型相变材料在190～350 K间的半球发射率。

Abstract: A steady-state calorimetric bolometer was constructed in this paper,and the uncertainty of the bolometer was analysed.Using the bolometer,total hemispherical emittance of Optical Solar Reflector（OSR） and a new Variable Emittance material were measured between 190 K and 350 K.And the uncertainty of total hemispherical emittance of OSR was below 2.00%,comparing with that in the literature.
