HEATING SYSTEM OF TH-FD55×2 FOOD VACUUM FREEZE DRYING MACHINE

  • 摘要: 介绍了TH-FD55× 2真空冷冻干燥机加热系统。该系统以饱和蒸汽为热源,采用将热媒通入空心加热板的辐射加热方式,用热媒加热罐蓄能和稳压,通过三通调节阀和板式换热器精确调节加热板温度。具有加热均匀、热效率高、控温精确、可靠性高的特点。
    Abstract: The heating system of TH-FD55× 2 food vacuum freeze drying machine uses the saturated steam as the heating source, the heating medium is input through the hollow plate in the radiation heating manner, the heating medium tank is used to store energy and stabilize pressure, the three-way control valve and the plate heat exchanger are used to accurately adjust the temperature of the heating plate . The system has the properties of well-distributed heating, high heating efficiency, accurate temperature controlling and high reliability.
