共振对四极滤质器中离子运动的影响
INFLUENCE OF RESONANCE TO ION TRAJECTORY IN QUADRUPOLE MASS FILTER

摘要: 四极滤质器上使用辅助激励电压进行质谱分析时,当辅助激励电压的频率等于或接近四极场中离子运动的基频或谐振频率,就会引发共振现象。使用Matlab软件,对这一现象进行了仿真分析。在设定条件下,以一定步长逐渐增加辅助激励电压交流成分(RF电压)的频率,观察离子振荡幅度的变化。结果表明:在x和y方向的多个不同频率的辅助激励电压作用下,都出现了明显的共振现象。Abstract: Resonance effect will happened when auxiliary exciting signal was used on quadrupole mass filter to do mass spectral analysis,and it’s frequency equal the base frequency or harmonic frequency of the ion oscillation in quadrupole mass filter.Through simulation analysis by Matlab software,resonance phenomenon was observed in several different auxiliary signal frequency.
