Abstract: The vacuum shape change of vacuum target chamber in prototype facility has been analyzed using finite element method.A practical method of measu ring vacuum shape change has been introduced.By analyzing and comparing,the results from two means are consistent.The result has provided a reference for ICF physical experiments.
