温度变化对漏孔漏率的影响

INFLUNCE OF TEMPERATURE CHANGE ON LEAKAGE RATE

  • 摘要: 分析了漏孔在温度夹变时漏孔的热物理过程和与之相适应的漏孔漏率变化。认为漏孔在突然处于低温状态时,漏率变化的主要因素是示漏气体滞粘系数随温度的变化而造成,漏孔尺寸随温度变化引起漏率变化是次要的。在非稳定状态时,漏率随时间呈指数式变化。

     

    Abstract: The leak thermophysical process and leakage rate change with tempera-ture are analysed.The leakage rate change is mainly due to the coefficient of leak gases viscosity which varies with temperature.The leak dimension change is next.The leakage rate is a exponential change with time,during the non constnt process.
