撬装型天然气液化装置流程设计

DESIGN OF SMALL-SCALE NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION PROCESSES IN SKID-MOUNTED PACKAGE

  • 摘要: 设计了两套典型的撬装型天然气液化流程,综合多种液化流程的优点,提出了节能新型混合制冷剂液化流程。进行了模拟计算,并比较了流程的关键参数。结果表明,在没有丙烷预冷的前提下,采用N2-CH4膨胀机液化流程优于混合制冷剂液化流程;节能新型混合制冷剂液化流程简便灵活、能耗低、液化率高,适应于撬装型LNG装置。

     

    Abstract: Two typical types of small-scale natural gas liquefaction flow in skid-mounted package were designed.the study is made to select the optimum liquefaction process to increase the economy of small-scale LNG equipments.A same basis is used to evaluate three types of liquefaction cycles.These include mixed refrigerant cycle,nitrogen-methane expander cycle and new energy saving mixed refrigerant cycle.The results show that the N2-CH4 expander cycle precedes the mixed-refrigerant cycle on the premise of no propane pre-cooling.The result of comparison indicated that the new energy saving MRC is suitable for small-scale LNG equipments due to its reduced equipment list and acceptable power consumption.
