Abstract: Genetic algorithm is studied for optimization of vacuum science technology,using the intelligent optimization theory.In order to improve efficiency of genetic algorithms,some new methods about mutation and crossover are used.The method is possible by comparing the results that produced by simple method in the optimization of vacuum freeze drying condition.
