原子氧作用中试样光学性能原位测量

MEASUREMENT IN-SITU FOR OPTICAL PROPERTIES OF SAMPLES EXPOSED TO ATOMIC OXYGEN BEAMS

  • 摘要: 试样经过原子氧或原子氧/紫外作用后其光学性能会产生变化,但当试样再次回到大气条件下时,由于试样中颜料粒子的"色心"在大气有氧环境中很快消失而使反射率又或多或少得到恢复,观察不到"色心"现象,因此,试样的光学性能需要在真空中原位进行测量。

     

    Abstract: Optical properties of samples produced changes after exposed to atomic oxygen beams or ultraviolet in vacuum,but reflectivity of samples could recovery more or less in-air because of "colour center" vanishing of pigment in samples,so optical properties of samples need to be measured in-situ.
