Abstract: The luminescence spectrum of spectral lamp was obtained.The aging process of the rubidium spect ral lamp was monitored and the law of rubidium consumption was obtained.It can improve the ability to predict long term rubidium consumption on the basis of a limited amount of experimental data.The impurity that was produc ed in aging process was analyzed.The results were benefit to the research of rubidium frequency standard.
