Abstract: The functional desire as a whole, technical parameter, basic structure and working process of vacuum self-propagating high-temperature synthesizing furnace are introduced. The design and calculation of mostly parts are carried out specifically. Finally, the characteristic of structure and the system of control about whole equipment are recommended.
