THE MINIMUM MOISTURE MONITORING TECHNOLOGY OF ELECTRIC INSULATING MATERIAL DURING VACUUM DRYING PROCESS

  • 摘要: 为了实现真空干燥过程中电工绝缘材料微量水分的在线监测,说明了使用新型氧化 铝(Al2O3)传感器及8031单片机微处理器为核心所构成的监测系统的结构、原理和性能,给 出了部分实验结果,证明监测系统是可靠的。
    Abstract: The online monitoring used in the process of the vacuum drying of the electric insulating material is discussed .The structure,principle and performance of the monitoring system, which is composed of the new type sensor and 8031 micro-computer are introduced.The real results are given and they are proved to be reliable.
