食品冷冻干燥升华过程的研究

RESEARCH OF THE SUBLIMATION PROCESS IN FOOD FREEZE DRYING

  • 摘要: 给出了在辐射加热方式下,按极值温度法控制冷冻干燥过程时,升华干燥时间及平均升华速度的求解公式。

     

    Abstract: In the study,we propose a formula which can be used to calculate the sublimation drying time and average sublimation rate during radiation beating controlled by extreme value temperature dry process.
