Abstract: The truncated double conical wake shield facility has been studied in theory in the paper.The equations of the directivity and the molecular number density were worked out. Mean while an example about numerical calculation was given and the results show that the truncated double concial wake shield facility possess the especial advantages,high such as directivity and low background.
