HL-1M装置氦辉光放电清洗的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON HELIUM GLOW DISCHARGING CLEANING IN HL-1M TOKAMAK

  • 摘要: 氦辉光放电清洗(GDC (He))是HL-1M (环流器新一号)托卡马克装置控制C、O杂质、壁H再循环和改善真空壁条件的有效方法。它与泰勒放电清洗(TDC)、交流放电清洗(AC)、电子回旋共振放电清洗(ECR)相比,设备简单、不需要磁场且操作安全;与烘烤去气相比,它对环形真空室壁的去气率高,本底杂质浓度低。分别描述了去O、去C和去H的清洗模式,并提出了控制壁H再循环和壁清洁度的清洗指标。

     

    Abstract: The GDC(He) is an effective method for controlling wall H recycle and C, O impurities and improving the vacuum wall conditions in HL-1M tokamak.It is characterized of simplicity, no magnet and safety comparing with TDC,AC and ECR. Comparing with degassing bake-out,it has the higher degassing rate during GDC(He)and lower impurity concentration in vacuum chambers after GDC(He).The cleaning patterns of dominant de-oxygen,de-carbon and de-hydrogen are introduced and the cleaning parameters for wall H recycle and wall cleanness are suggested.
