纳米颗粒铜膜的制备和光学性能观测

PREPARATION OF NANOMETER PARTICLE COPPER THIN FILM AND ABSERVATION ON IT’S OPTICAL PROPERTY

摘要: 应用离子束溅射技术制备了纳米颗粒铜膜,并在此基础上对其光谱特性进行了研究。结果表明,在特定波长出现了与连续薄膜不同的反常光吸收现象。

Abstract: Nanometer particle copper thin film was prepared by iron sputtering technology,on the bsis of which,it’s characteristic of optical spectrum had been researched.The results showed that there is anomalous optical absorption phenomenon at the certain wavelength which is diffrent from continuous thin films.
