离心泵汽蚀及防止方法

CENTRIFUGAL PUMP CAVITATION AND ITS PREVENTION

  • 摘要: 离心泵作为一个重要的化工设备,在其运行中发生汽蚀现象是相当普遍的。从离心泵汽蚀的理论出发,总结和分析了离心泵的汽蚀机理、汽蚀现象的分类以及产生的危害。从而提出了实际工程使用中采用提高吸入罐的安装高度、减小吸入管路的流动阻力以及增加一个增压泵等防止和抑制离心泵汽蚀的方法和措施。

     

    Abstract: Centrifugal pump is the important equipment in petrochemical.The problem of its cavitation is met frequently. This paper introduced the concept,classification and harm of the cavitation.To avoid the cavitation,some methods were suggested,such as increasing the suction tank elevation,reducing the flow resistance,and adding a booster pump etc.
