真空计量标准期间核查方法的探讨

STUDY OF PERIOD VERIFICATION METHODS ON VACUUM MEASUREMENT STANDARD

摘要: 在选择真空计量标准期间核查方法时,如果计量标准的准确度要求较高,宜优先采用传递比较法和多台平均值法;如果计量标准的准确度要求较低,可采用比对法。介绍了静态膨胀法真空标准装置、气体微流量标准装置、真空规比对标准装置的期间核查方法。

Abstract: In the choice of period verification methods,if the measurement standard required higher accuracy,comparative transmission and method of mean values should be adopted firstly.Otherwise,comparative measurement method could be adopted.This paper describes the period verification methods on Static Expansion Vacuum Standard、Gas Micro-FlowStandard Apparatus and Vacuum Gauge Calibration System.
