DESIGN OF A NEW GAS JET PURIFYING DEVICE

  • 摘要: 气体射流净化装置利用液体静压使净化液循环,并通过卷吸、射流使气液混合,实现净化。要求液面高度能保证净化液的自流,射流管内气体处于湍流状态,混合气流速度应达到连续射流所需的临界速度。该装置克服了传统泵送循环的缺点,尤其适用于用酸、碱等腐蚀性介质作为净化液的系统。
    Abstract: The gas jet purifying device makes use of differential static pressure to circulate purifying liquid, mixes liquid with gas through entraining and jetting, and finally realizes purifying of gas. The liquid level must be high enough to assure the gravity circulation of liquid. In the jet pipe, the flowing gas holds a turbulent state. The two phase flow of gas and liquid should reach the critical speed necessary for a continuous jet. Some defects of traditional pump feed circulation are overcome. It is especially suitable for systems using erosive substances(such as acid,alkali) as purifying liquid.
