ADVANCED REFUELING SYSTEM OF HL-2A TOKAMAK

  • 摘要: 介绍用于HL-2A托卡马克装置先进的加料系统研制的立项依据。提出了以螺旋挤压制丸器、快速重复冲切机构与快速电磁间结合的连续弹丸发射系统为首选,以原位冷凝30管枪弹丸发射系统为备用的研制方案。发射系统既能从装置外部弱场侧(LFS)注入,又可以从装置内部强场侧(HFS)注入。对研制过程中可能出现的问题和技术难点进行了简要的介绍。

     

    Abstract: The basis in the development of an Advanced Refueling System (ARS) for HL-2A tokamak has been presented. One Continuous Pellet Injector (CPI) , in combination with a screw extruder, a fast repetitive punch mechanism and an electromagnetic Fast Valve(FV), has been proposed as the first candidate plan for HL-2A. The operation frequency of the punch mechanism and FV is 20 Hz. The Pellets can be injected either from High Field Side(HFS) or from Low Field Side(LFS). The "situ - condense" pneumatic pellet injector with 30 pellet gun barrels has also been recommended as the second candidate. The key objective and technical difficulties which will be faced in developing processes are presented.
