Abstract: This paper presents the working principle of the vacuum electrostatie spray painting on electric irons,Describes the role of corona discharge in bottom vacuum electrostatie spray painting.Analysed the charged process and the effected factors of fluorine paint particules and at last discuissed the role this technique played in the improvement of the preduct quality.
