摘要: 针对低温下碳纳米管的各种生长方式及影响其质量的实验因素进行了综述。分析了催化剂、碳源气体、温度等在生长碳纳米管时的作用与影响。

Abstract: Many advantages lie in the synthesis of CNTs at lower temperature.The synthesis of CNTs at lower temperature is the need of application in fact.The summary about CNTs’s synthesis and some experimental factors are summarized.The effects of catalyst and reactive gas and temperature in the course of growth are analysed.
