Abstract: Cryogenic insulation paper is one of the important material that is used to the manufacture of multilayer insulation cryogenic containers.The outgassing rate of cryogenic insulation paper has a great influence to the vacuum degree of cryogenic containers in the status of high vacuum.It is the important basis for the design of cryogenic containers.The design and technology standard of the testing experiment,the outgassing rate and ingredient of inflaming-retardant cryogenic insulation papers are given.
