新型热控涂层Al-Al2O3金属陶瓷复合膜制备与性能研究

A NEW SOLAR SELECTIVE ABSORBING STRUCTURE OF FLEXIBLE Al-Al2O3 CERMET COMPOSITE COATINGS

  • 摘要: 介绍了柔性基底金属陶瓷复合膜的膜系结构设计,利用脉冲直流磁控溅射技术,在聚酰亚胺基底上制备了Al-Al2O3金属陶瓷复合膜,自基底至膜层表面依次为:聚酰亚胺、金属反射层、金属陶瓷层、减反射层。并对所制备的金属陶瓷复合膜进行了光热学性能分析。实验结果表明:通过脉冲直流磁控溅射技术制备的Al-Al2O3金属陶瓷复合膜,具有高太阳吸收率(a≥0.90),低红外发射率(ε≤0.11),是一种高效吸热型热控薄膜材料。

     

    Abstract: We have studied the preparation of the flexible Al-AI2O3 cermet composite coatings deposited on the flexible kapton(PI)substrate prodUced by pulsed direct current(DC)magnetron spurtcring technique.From Kapton substrate to surtfaace,the complex coaings comprise an infrared reflective(IR)layer of AI,all interference absorptive layer of a graded AI-AI2O3 cermet,and an anti-reflective(AR)layer,of AI2O3.For these initial results of calculationst,he newsolar absorbing structure of flexible AI-AI2O3 cermet coatings was found to have the highest photo-thermal conversion efficiency.
