Abstract: Dianomd thin films electroluminescence device with different structures have been made.The electroluminescence spectra,frequency characteristics and intensity versus voltage and frequency have been investigated.Some abnormal phenomenon,such as a maximum emitted light intensity at 250 V and a maximum emitted light intensity at 3.0 kHz have been observed.
