Abstract: By means of vacuum vaporation al1d electron beam vaporati on,We can coat a 20 30nm MgF₂ protection film on the surface of aluminium film and make ultraviolet reflection glass.It's reflection index is 80%。It has perfectly properties of protecting corrosion and abrasion。It has a widely prospect of usage。
