磁控约束直流电弧设备的研制及放电特性

摘要: 研制出磁控超声速非转移直流等离子体电弧设备。获得电弧长度为400mm最大直径约为60mm十分稳定的等离子体电弧。并用朗缪尔静电探针测量了电弧等离子体参数。Abstract: A magnetic supersonic DC plasma jet has been developed.The highly stable non transfer magnetic arc is produced.Its length is 400 mm and its diameter is about 60 mm. Plasma parameters of the arc were measured using Langmuir probes.
