遗传算法在窄带滤光片膜系设计中的应用

APPLICATION OF GENETIC ALGORITHMS TO THE DESIGN ON FILM SYSTEM OF NARROW\|BAND FILTER

  • 摘要: 研究了遗传算法在窄带滤光片膜系设计中的应用。介绍了遗传算法的运算原理、适应度函数和运行参数的涵义;建立了窄带滤光片的评价函数和适应度函数,并给出其遗传算法的程序设计方法;以带宽4nm、中心波长1.55μm的窄带滤光片为例进行了遗传算法的实际膜系设计。结果表明遗传算法适用窄带滤光片的膜系设计。

     

    Abstract: The application of genetic algorithms to the film system design of narrow-band filter is studied. The operation principle, adaptability function and function parameters of genetic algorithms have been introduced. Merit and adaptability function of narrow-band filter have been founded, The way on program design of narrow-band filter has been given. As example, the film system of narrow-band filter with center wavelength of 1.55 μm and bandwidth of 4 nm has been designed practically by genetic algorithms. Results have showed that the genetic algorithms much fit the design on film system of narrow-band filter.
