一种双通道窄带滤光片的设计与制备
DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF A DUAL-BAND OPTICAL FILTER

摘要: 对光子晶体技术在滤光片设计中的应用进行了可行性研究。利用一维光子晶体进行了双通道窄带滤光片的设计,并利用离子束辅助沉积方法进行了滤光片的镀制。同时研究了膜层的误差对滤光片光谱性能的影响,表明其敏感层主要是缺陷层。实验结果表明,运用光子晶体概念进行双通道窄带滤光片设计是可行的。Abstract: The possibility of designing optical filters using photonic crystals technique was studied in this paper.A dual-channel optical filter was designed using photonic crystal concept and prepared by Ion Beam Assisted Deposition(IBAD).The influence of thickness error of each layer to optical character was also discussed,and the result shows that the most sensitive layer is defect-layer.So it is possible to design dual-channel filters using one-dimension photonic crystals concept.
